Applicant Privacy Notice

What we collect. Your name, email, phone, city and state/region, the role you apply for, your experience, availability, resume, optional profile links, credential details for marketing roles, and your answers to the screening questions.

What we don't collect. We never ask for Social Security numbers, banking details, dates of birth, photos, or medical information during the application.

How we use it. Only to review your application, contact you about it, schedule interviews, and make hiring decisions. Every decision is made by a person — never automatically by software or scores.

Where it's stored. Applications and files are stored privately with our website hosting and database provider. Only authorized Vinivex staff can view them. Resumes are never publicly accessible.

Advertising and marketing. Application pages don't run advertising tracking, and nothing you submit is shared with advertising platforms. Applying does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Your choices. To withdraw your application or ask us to delete your information, email meta-marketing@vinivex.com.
